Warranties
Gianna Violins will aid customers in addressing warranty concerns with suppliers. The nature of
our support to suppliers and manufacturers varies. Please contact us to determine our role in the
warranty process for a specific product.
We warranty products produced here or bearing our own labels to be free from defects in
construction or material for three years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover
normal wear including minor varnish chipping or from abuse. We warranty no fitness for a specific
purpose, regardless of any opinions given on likely suitability. Remedies are limited to repair or
replacement at Gianna Violin's choice. Shipping and transport costs to be paid to and from
Gianna Violins by purchaser. Consequential and incidental damages are specifically disclaimed.
Buyer agrees that sole dispute resolution mechanism is arbitration in venue and through
arbitrator of Gianna Violin's choice, arbitration cost to be paid by customer. In the alternative,
Gianna Violins may ask that suit be brought in either Loudon County, TN state courts or if
required in the Eastern District of Tennessee. Gianna Violins accepts no responsibility for
damage to other's instruments in our possession from any cause whatsoever; please maintain
insurance on your possessions.
