Gianna Violins Layaway Program Terms
1. The layaway program does not substitute for our normal purchase terms; it only allows
an extension of payment time.
2. The first payment must be either 30% of the total price including any accessories and
shipping or $100, whichever is greatest.
3. Once we accept your first payment your two week return period begins. At any time
during the first two weeks following purchase, you can obtain a refund less a 3% handling
fee of the amount charged. After this time, the merchandise is yours and we are simply
holding it for you. See our purchase terms.
4. After the two week return period we will refund money paid if you request us to do so in
writing to:

As detailed in the purchase agreement, we will retain 15% of the purchase price.
5. 35% of the price is due 30 days after we accept your first payment and 60 days after
we accept your first payment.
6. You can pay off the balance at any time and we will ship the order as soon as
practicable.
7. In case of default we will attempt to notify you, but do not promise to do so. We
consider default as a request to refund money and respond as described in paragraph 4.
8. We reserve the right to cancel this program or any particular layaway arrangement.
You agree to pay the balance within 2 weeks of receiving notice that we have done so.
9. Paragraph numbering on this page is for convenience only and does not form a part of
this program description. No construction or inference is intended or will be interpreted
from these section headings.
