What Sets Gianna Violins Apart?
•        We give the kind of attention to our instruments and our clients that only a committed family business can give,
especially a family containing a violinmaker
.  Call us and you will talk directly to Gianna or Steve, rather than an “operator”
with canned answers.   We are well known for our unequaled personal service, made possible by our small size, niche
market, and lack of insulating layers of staff.

We have an unbeatable trade in program.  Trade your instrument or bow in for what you paid for it whenever you want
against a significantly higher cost item.  We don’t phase out the 100% trade in on subsequent trades like some shops.  We
will consider instruments we didn't sell as trades.

•        We are a real violin shop with a showroom and workshop.  We do repairs and setups for customers, sell violin, viola,
cello, guitar, banjo, mandolin and other instruments in person.  Whenever possible we do repairs while the customer waits.
Major restorations take longer.

We give a 14-day trial policy that begins when you receive your instrument.

•        We give you an unbeatable direct buying advantage.  We don’t pay a jobber who buys from a wholesaler who buys
from a importer, each adding a layer of profit.  You get a high quality instrument at a quite modest price with half the work
done in the US.  Steve’s
benchmade violins are made entirely here in Friendsville entirely by his hands.

•        We individually select each instrument for you and can modify the setup and fittings to fit your desires.  We will play as
many violins as you want until you hear one you like
.

•        We give a three year warranty on Gianna Violins, not some nebulous “unconditional guarantee” or other
unenforceable promise.

•        We don’t use gimmicks like so-called “open” shop forums – always subject to censorship, giveaways, constant specials,
or other tricks to get “end users” to part with their cash.  Steve participates in
numerous forums and seeks open feedback on
our products.  One can’t get more candid and honest than on newsgroups, yahoo groups, and various other truly open
venues.  We are straightforward, friendly, and honest.

•        We always welcome questions, comments, and suggestions.

•        We like people.  We enjoy working with people to help them get exactly what they need.
