| Domestic Orders Domestic orders are those with a billing and shipping address within the 50 United States. For domestic orders, we accept Master Card and Visa, U.S. Postal Service money orders, personal and cashier's checks, and cash. We verify that the credit card billing address matches the billing address of the customer placing the order. We accept checks bearing your complete name and the bank name printed on the check. We only accept checks from US banks. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for order processing on orders placed by personal check or Cashier's checks (we have received forged cashier's checks). We charge a $25 returned check fee. Under normal circumstances we only ship to a street address. If an incorect address is provided delays and additional shipping charges may result. Under Tennessee law, we MUST collect sales tax of 9.25% to the cost of taxable items on all orders delivered to a customer in Tennessee. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Tennessee. Tax-exempt organizations doing business in Tennessee can apply for tax-exempt status with Gianna Violins. |
| International Orders International orders include any order with a billing or shipping address outside the 50 United States. We reserve the right to decline international orders. Shipping charges are determined on a case by case basis. We accept wire transfers for international orders. Please contact us about any other desired payment method. Note that currency exchange rates vary quickly, thus accept wire transfers only in dollars. Other fees may be assessed on international orders. See our Shipping Policy before placing your order. |
